Ages 4 – 5

In our older preschool classroom for ages 4-5, children will engage in a variety of exciting and enriching learning experiences. At this stage, our focus is on fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development, while also preparing them for kindergarten. Through hands-on activities, group discussions, and interactive play, children will enhance their language and literacy skills, expand their mathematical understanding, and develop problem-solving abilities. They will explore topics like letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, and begin to understand basic concepts like sorting, patterns, and counting. Additionally, we will encourage their creativity through arts and crafts, music, and imaginative play. They will also cultivate important social skills such as sharing, teamwork, and communication, as they interact with peers and engage in cooperative learning. Our curriculum promotes independence, curiosity, and a love for learning, as we strive to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for these young learners.
